Synopsis:

Authorizing a political action committee (PAC) of an affiliated entity to collect contributions paid voluntarily by members by means of payroll deductions, together with payroll withholdings from employees that are made for the payment of dues by the members to the affiliated entity; authorizing a PAC to have the combined voluntary contributions collected by the affiliated entity in conjunction with receipt of membership dues or voluntary contributions made to a PAC established under federal law; etc.
