Harford County - Municipal Property Tax - Tax Credits for Members of Volunteer Fire Companies and Ambulance Companies

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of a municipal corporation in Harford County to grant a property tax credit against the municipal corporation property tax imposed on real property located within the municipal corporation's jurisdiction that is owned and occupied as the principal residence of an individual serving as a member of a volunteer fire or ambulance company or ladies' auxiliary of the volunteer companies; authorizing the municipal corporation to provide for specified provisions relating to the tax credit; etc.
