Caroline County - Alcoholic Beverages - Disciplinary Proceedings Against Licensees

Synopsis:

Excepting Caroline County from the counties in which an alcoholic beverages law enforcement or licensing authority may not proceed against a licensee when the licensee or employee has been found not guilty or given probation without a verdict in a criminal proceeding for selling alcoholic beverages to a minor or an intoxicated person; excepting Caroline County from the counties in which a bail bond prohibition and a specified defense apply in these criminal proceedings; etc.
