Senior Lifetime Sport Fishing License and Endowment Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing a resident consolidated Senior Lifetime Sport Fishing License; establishing the fee for the license and the means by which the license may be obtained; establishing the rights of a holder of the license; establishing a nonlapsing Senior Lifetime Sport Fishing License Fund into which collected license fees are to be deposited; and providing that money may be withdrawn from the Fund only as an annual appropriation for the protection, management, investigation, or replenishment of finfish for the enhancement of recreational fishing.
