Equine Activities - Immunity from Civil Liability

Synopsis:

Providing immunity from civil liability for equine activity sponsors and equine professionals for injuries suffered by a participant in an equine activity that result from an inherent risk of equine activity; providing exceptions; and requiring a warning notice to be posted in a specified location and included in contracts entered into by equine professionals.
