Synopsis:

Expanding laws related to parole to apply to mandatory supervision concerning revocation, modification of conditions, consecutive sentences, and presentence credit; specifying that persons convicted of crimes while on mandatory supervision are not entitled to diminution credits on return to confinement; clarifying that if mandatory supervision is revoked, the inmate is not eligible for diminution credits; applying laws relating to diminution credits to inmates in local correctional facilities; etc.
