Health Insurance - Hearing Aids - Coverage for Children

Synopsis:

Requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for hearing aids for minor children if the hearing aids are prescribed, fitted, and dispensed by a licensed audiologist; authorizing a limitation on the benefit payable under the Act; etc.
