Medical Assistance and Children's Health Programs - Directory of Health Care Providers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide directories of specified health care providers in writing and on the Internet to specified health care providers, enrollees in the Medical Assistance Program, and individuals eligible for the Maryland Children's Health Program; requiring the Department to update the Internet database at least every 30 days; requiring the written directory to include a conspicuous reference to the Internet database; etc.
