Abortion - Informed Consent

Synopsis:

Requiring a physician performing an abortion or a referring physician to provide a woman seeking an abortion with specified information at least 24 hours prior to the procedure; requiring the physician performing an abortion, a referring physician, or their representative, to provide a woman seeking an abortion with specified printed materials at least 24 hours prior to the procedure; providing that a physician who violates the provisions of the Act is subject to disciplinary action; etc.
