Synopsis:

Establishing the Davidge Scholars Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, to enhance access to advanced professional degrees at the institution for students committed to public service careers and to enable the institution to attract and retain such students; requiring the State Scholarship Administration to administer the Program, subject to specified guidelines; specifying scholarship eligibility requirements, the amount and duration of scholarship awards, employment obligations, repayment, and default terms; etc.
