Medical Assistance Program - Federally Qualified Health Centers - Cost Based Reimbursement

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that establish a process for providing supplemental payments to federally qualified health centers participating in the State Medical Assistance Program; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt a methodology by regulation to ensure that federally qualified health centers are paid reasonable cost based reimbursement that is consistent with federal law.
