Vehicle Laws - Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Accident - Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing that it is a felony for a driver of a vehicle that is involved in an accident that results in bodily injury or death of another person to fail to remain at the scene of the accident until the driver takes specified steps; imposing specified penalties; and repealing specified provisions relating to the failure to remain at the scene of specified accidents.
