Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture, on or before October 1 of each year, to prepare a report that includes information about the types and amounts of antibiotics and hormones used in raising animals for human consumption; requiring the Secretary to submit the report to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the House Environmental Matters Committee, and the Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs Committee; etc.
