Marijuana - Exceptions for Medical Use

Synopsis:

Allowing specified individuals who have specified medical conditions to possess marijuana and related drug paraphernalia under specified circumstances; allowing primary caregivers of qualifying patients to possess marijuana and related drug paraphernalia under specified circumstances; providing that physicians who make specified statements are not in violations of specified laws; prohibiting property related to the medical use of marijuana from being treated in a specified manner; etc.
