Reclaimed Water

Synopsis:

Stating that it is State policy to promote and encourage the use of reclaimed water; authorizing the Department of the Environment to consult with the State Plumbing Board on matters relating to this objective; providing standards for specified concentrations of fecal coliform colonies, 5-day biological oxygen demand, and total suspended solids for usable reclaimed water; and authorizing purposes for which reclaimed water may be permitted to be used.
