Entitled:
Maryland After-School Opportunity Act - Appropriation - Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to include $20 million for fiscal year 2003 in the Maryland After-School Opportunity Fund; providing that $10 million of the total appropriation shall be subject to a matching fund requirement; prohibiting disbursements that exceed $2,500,000 to recipients; etc.
