Correctional Services - Inmates - Indecent Exposure

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an inmate from willfully and intentionally exposing private parts of the inmate's body to a member of the opposite sex; providing that specified words and phrases retain their judicially determined meanings; and providing a specified penalty be imposed against an inmate convicted of exposing private parts of the inmate's body to a member of the opposite sex.
