Lead Paint Poisoning - Testing and Prevention

Synopsis:

Altering the reporting requirements for lead paint blood tests conducted on children 18 or younger; adding a member to the Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission; altering the requirements for an owner of property that is at risk for lead paint and that is to be occupied by a new tenant to satisfy the risk reduction standard for lead paint or to pass the test for lead-contaminated dust; dedicating $250,000 per year of the Lead Paint Poisoning Prevention Fund to the community outreach and education programs; etc.
