Maryland Water Conservation Act

Synopsis:

Requiring specified community water systems, applicants for specified water-related permits, and applicants for specified State financial assistance to develop and implement an approved water conservation plan; requiring a review of the plan and report to the Department of the Environment once every 5 years; requiring that specified water conservation measures be included in a plan; requiring the Department, in consultation with the State Plumbing Board, to adopt specified regulations; etc.
