Handgun Sales - Shell Casing Requirement - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement compelling any manufacturer that ships or transports a handgun to be sold, rented, or transferred in the State to include with the handgun a shell casing in a separate sealed container and specified information; and repealing requirements that are related to shell casings and applicable to dealers, the Department of State Police, and the Secretary of the State Police.
