Child Support - Pass-Through to Public Assistance Recipients

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Human Resources from imposing regulations that count child support as unearned income; authorizing the Secretary to reduce temporary cash assistance by a specified percentage if the recipient does not cooperate with the local child support enforcement office; requiring the State child support disbursement unit to disburse child support payments to the child's caretaker; etc.
