Synopsis:

Authorizing a person to enter into an agreement with specified responsible public entities for the acquisition or construction of or improvement to a transit facility; stating the public policy objectives of the General Assembly regarding transit facilities; authorizing a person to request approval to acquire, construct, improve, maintain, or operate a transit facility; authorizing specified public entities to request proposals for the acquisition or construction of or improvement to a transit facility; etc.
