Entitled:
First Degree Rape and First Degree Sexual Offense - Mandatory Minimum Penalty

Synopsis:

Imposing a 10-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment on a person who is convicted of first degree rape or first degree sexual offense; providing that the mandatory minimum term of imprisonment may not be suspended; and providing that a person sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for a conviction for first degree rape or first degree sexual offense may not be granted parole except under specified circumstances.
