Task Force to Study Investigations into Allegations of Police Corruption

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Investigations into Allegations of Police Corruption; specifying the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate a chairman; requiring the Attorney General's office to provide staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to undertake a specified study; and requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2002.
