Synopsis:

Exempting from the property tax personal property in Cecil County owned by an organization exempt from taxation under { 501(c)(3) and (4) of the Internal Revenue Code and used for the purposes of the organization, and the sum total of the personal property, excluding exempt vehicles, has a total original cost of less than $10,000.
