Synopsis:

Establishing the Pharmacy Assistance Plus Plan within the Maryland Pharmacy Assistance Program; providing for the purposes of the Plan; establishing specified asset and income eligibility standards for the Plan; providing for the benefits to be provided under the Plan; establishing the Pharmacy Assistance Plus Trust Fund; providing for a specified tax on pharmaceutical manufacturers or wholesalers to fund the Plan; etc.
