State Personnel - Compensation of Lawyers and Administrative Law Judges Employed by the State

Synopsis:

Requiring that the executive budget be sufficient to fund Office of Public Defender positions, salaries, and expenses necessary for the performance of the duties of the Public Defender; requiring that attorneys-at-law employed by the Public Defender be compensated at a rate that is comparable to the rate of compensation of attorneys-at-law employed by the Attorney General of Maryland; etc.
