Extension and Program Evaluation
Continuing specified health occupations regulatory boards and an
advisory committee in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland
Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to specified dates
the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory
authority; and requiring that an evaluation of the specified boards
and advisory committee and the statutes and regulations that relate to
them be performed on or before specified dates.
