Board of Examiners of Psychologists must forward a complaint filed
against a licensed psychologist; altering the number of days within
which a complaint against a licensed psychologist must be disposed
from 60 to 120; providing that a decision of the Board to enforce a
suspension of a psychologist's license for more than 1 year may not be
stayed pending judicial review; etc.
