Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offenders - Registration

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "sexually violent offense" to include specified crimes committed in specified jurisdictions that, if committed in this State, would constitute specified offenses; altering the definition of "sexually violent predator" to include specified offenders; altering the period of time for which specified offenders are required to register with a supervising authority; and making conforming changes.
