Medicaid Reimbursement - Community-Based Services for Children with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) to apply to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for an amendment to the State Medical Assistance Program to allow DHMH to receive federal matching funds for specified targeted case management work; requiring DHMH to apply to CMS for an amendment to the State Medical Assistance Program to allow the Department to receive specified federal matching funds for specified residential care costs; etc.
