Natural Resources - Wild Waterfowl Hunting - Shoreline Licenses

Synopsis:

Increasing the duration of a shoreline hunting license to 5 years; requiring the licensing fee be paid every 5 years; requiring the Department of Natural Resources to annually mail a copy of the license to the licensee; and requiring the Department to provide renewal notice 1 year prior to the expiration of the license.
