Inheritance Tax - Estates of Victims of September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attacks

Synopsis:

Exempting from the inheritance tax the receipt of property received from a decedent who died in the terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001; providing that the exemption does not apply to a decedent who the register of wills determines was a perpetrator of a terrorist attack against the United States on September 11, 2001; making the Act an emergency measure and applicable retroactively; etc.
