Synopsis:

Authorizing the Court of Appeals to set aside a death sentence and remand for sentencing proceedings relating to imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole if the State gave specified notice; and authorizing the Court to set aside a death sentence and remand for imposition of a sentence of imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole if the State gave specified notice.
