Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law that established an advisory board on consumer affairs, under the jurisdiction of the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, and that establish procedures for filing consumer complaints with the advisory board and for investigating and resolving those complaints; and repealing obsolete definitions.
