State Open Meetings Law Compliance Board - Duties
Repealing an obsolete provision concerning the date by which the State
Open Meetings Law Compliance Board shall conduct educational programs
for public bodies, MML, and MACO; altering from July 1 to October 1
the date by which the Board shall submit an annual report; and
repealing the requirement that the annual report include a description
of the impact on State and local governments of the expansion of the
application of the Open Meetings Act to local public bodies.
