Synopsis:

Providing specified entities and individuals with immunity from civil liability arising out of a defect in the design, manufacture, maintenance, or operation of a smoke alarm device or battery, or the installation of a smoke alarm device or battery, that is provided and installed free of charge, under specified circumstances; specifying a limitation on the immunity provided in the Act; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
