Health Care Worker Whistleblower Protection Act
Prohibiting an employer from taking or refusing to take specified
personnel actions against a licensed or certified employee who
discloses unlawful behavior or refuses to participate in unlawful
behavior; providing that specified protections under the Act apply
only if a licensed or certified employee has a good faith belief that
the employer is engaged in unlawful activity and that the unlawful
activity poses a substantial and specific danger to public health or
safety; etc.
