Synopsis:

Requiring a sponsoring entity of a sports program to recommend that specified children wear a mouthguard during play; providing that specified sports require the recommendation that specified participants wear a mouthguard; exempting a child from wearing a mouthguard if the parent or guardian of the child signs a waiver of liability; requiring the waiver form to be approved by the sponsoring entity of the sports program; etc.
