Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retirees - Teachers

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are employed as teachers under specified circumstances; requiring the county boards of education to provide information to the State Retirement Agency; requiring retirees of the Employees' Retirement or Pension System who are reemployed as teachers to meet specified performance requirements for each year of their reemployment as teachers; and providing for the termination of the Act.
