Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System - Benefits

Synopsis:

Providing for specified annual adjustments to the service retirement allowances of specified retirees or beneficiaries of retirees as of a specified date; and providing for the adjustments to be subject to a specified cost-of-living adjustment each fiscal year.
