Altering the definition of "dangerous dog" to include a dog that
inflicts an injury on a person; requiring a dog owner to be given
specified notification if a determination is made that the owner's dog

specified notice to enroll the dog in and attend a specified obedience
class; requiring that a person who owns a specified dog have the dog
spayed or neutered and to have a microchip implanted in the dog; etc.
