Alcoholic Beverages Violations - License to Drive - Suspension

Synopsis:

Requiring a circuit court or the District Court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) if a person under the age of 21 years is found guilty of specified alcoholic beverages violations; requiring the juvenile court to notify the MVA if a child is found to have committed specified alcoholic beverages violations; requiring the Administration to suspend for specified periods a driver's license on receipt of specified notices from a court concerning alcoholic beverages violations; etc.
