Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Coverage - Family Exclusion

Synopsis:

Requiring an insurer to provide to the first named insured under a policy or binder of private passenger motor vehicle liability insurance coverage for claims made by a family member residing in the named insured's household for specified economic losses up to the limits of motor vehicle liability coverage; authorizing the named insured to waive specified liability coverage in a specified manner; etc.
