Synopsis:

Altering specified requirements for the distribution of specimen ballots in Prince George's County by requiring the mailing of a specimen ballot to each household of one or more registered voters in the County before a primary election and to each registered voter in the County before the general election; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; providing for the effective date for specified provisions of the Act.
