Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in developing a specified annual process, to set reimbursement rates for the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Children's Health Program that consider specified systems and codes; requiring the Department to establish an annual process to set reimbursement rates for the public mental health system that considers specified costs; and requiring the Department to submit specified annual reports.
