Synopsis:

Repealing a limitation that a requirement for a specified person to deliver specified documents relating to grain shipment or insurance to a purchaser apply only to transactions involving the shipment or transport from Baltimore City of specified goods stored in a grain elevator; and repealing specified minimum criminal penalties.
