Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from posting or causing to be posted personal identifying information about an individual on the Internet with the intent to harass the individual or cause the individual to be harassed; providing that an owner or operator of an Internet web hosting service shall not be liable under specified circumstances; requiring an owner or operator to remove information within 3 days if a specified request is made; providing that the Act does not apply in specified circumstances; establishing a penalty; etc.
