Prohibiting a person from soliciting specified support or resources for a terrorist organization or an organization controlled by a terrorist organization under specified circumstances; prohibiting a person from knowingly providing specified support or resources to a terrorist organization or an organization controlled by a terrorist organization under specified circumstances; etc.
