Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the National Park Service for the acquisition of The Jaeger Tract, an undeveloped privately owned piece of land, to expand the Greenbelt National Park located in Greenbelt on Westchester Park Drive; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
